This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to support students with diverse learning needs within a highly inclusive and forward-thinking school environment. • Learning Support Assistant required – full-time, permanent • High-performing 11–18 school in Leicester • January 2026 start • Work across KS3–KS5 supporting students with SEND About the Role The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENCo and teaching staff to provide personalised support for students with additional educational needs. Your role will include one-to-one support, small group intervention, classroom assistance and building positive, supportive relationships with learners. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning. Experience with SEN, Autism, ADHD, dyslexia or SEMH is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
