The Role Manage regulatory documentation and organise project files to support the EU Regulatory Affairs team. Coordinate translation of marketing and romance copy into 60 languages with local marketing teams and external partners. Maintain SharePoint folders for artwork projects, ensuring efficient information access. Submit artwork briefs to the design team and review initial proofs for accuracy against label templates. Support regulatory specialists throughout the full label development process, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. About You Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in using document and project management systems, ideally including SharePoint. Confident communicator who works well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with multilingual content or translations is advantageous.
