This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team. As an Aftersales Support Advisor you must be driven to exceed customer expectations, both in terms of customer service and sales success. The primary focus on holding this central support role will be to carry out online VHC selling in order to help dealers maximise retail gross profit, increase workshop efficiency through speedy authorisation, in order to elevate the customer experience at S&Y UK. In this role you will also: Complete service plan renewals Conduct CSI Follow Up calls Engage in general aftersales activities in order to help dealers maximise NPS returns and Service Plan sales Let’s Work together: We are looking for an Aftersales professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service and developing a team that delivers commercial success! As an Aftersales Support Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You must be an effective communicator, proactive, and confident in selling over the phone. A basic level of technical knowledge is advantageous, enabling you to explain vehicle reports in a clear and customer-friendly manner. You will be the first point of contact with customers following the completion of technician reports, and it will be your responsibility to prioritise, communicate, and sell identified “Red” work to maximise upsell opportunities. Success in this role requires strong objection handling skills, the ability to think on your feet, and the flexibility to offer tailored payment solutions to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include supporting dealership teams with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives and assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. .Stellantis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
