* Full time, permanent position
* £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (reviewed annually)

Our client is a thriving, independent small animal and exotics practice with three branches and full RCVS Hospital accreditation. They're owned and run by practising vets who believe in quality care, clinical freedom, and creating a supportive culture where people feel valued.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with routine consultations and procedures, has completed their GDP, and is looking to expand their skills in a safe, encouraging practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage routine consultations and surgical procedures
* Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and clients
* Participate in a 1 in 11 out-of-hours rota (exclusive nights, no days after night shifts)
* Collaborate with senior clinicians for case discussions and mentorship
* Deliver continuity of care through our in-house emergency service

The Ideal Candidate
They're seeking a proactive, motivated Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a team environment and is committed to professional development. You will:
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine/Science (BVSc, BVetMed, BVM&S, BVMS, or equivalent recognised qualification)
* Be confident with routine consults and surgeries
* Be eager to learn and develop your skills further
* Have excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
