Duties:
: Perform routine flushing of all designated water outlets across the ground, adhering to water hygiene procedures and schedules.
: Accurately take and record tap temperatures at specified sentinel outlets, identifying and reporting any anomalies.
: Conduct periodic testing of emergency lighting systems throughout the premises, ensuring full functionality and compliance with safety regulations.

: Assist other engineers onsite as required
: Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
: Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
Requirements:
: City and Guilds: Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration
