Job Title: Change & Adoption Lead – Copilot
Location: Sheffield- 3days/week Onsite
Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35
500GBP/day
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the change strategy for introducing Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.
2. Define and execute the adoption plan, manage pilots and phased rollouts, and create engaging communications to drive awareness.
3. Design training programs and learning paths for different user groups, track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement materials.
Key Skills:
