The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise achievement
Help create a positive, inspiring learning environment
Support pupils with additional or specific needs
Build strong relationships with children, staff, and families
Contribute to the wider school community, including clubs and events
