We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support in secondary schools across Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students to help make a real difference in education.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching staff by assisting with classroom activities, helping students with their work, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
This role is perfect for:

People with patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Supporting students with learning activities and tasks
Assisting teachers with classroom management and preparation

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth groups, tutoring, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
