We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join a small, fast-paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report to the Operations Manager, who will provide full training. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Main Responsibilities
* Process new orders
* Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
* Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
* Monitor digital order failures and respond with appropriate actions
* Proactively resolve customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution
* Identify and raise areas of concern with your line manager
