Your new role As PR and Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic communications initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Communications, Engagement and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive PR and marketing communications plans that support organisational objectives Building strong media relationships and proactively securing coverage across both jurisdictions Managing public affairs activities, particularly around funding opportunities Creating compelling content including press releases, case studies, marketing materials, and digital assets Leading on media evaluation, crisis communications support, and public consultations Collaborating with internal teams to organise events and develop promotional campaigns Managing the Digital and Social Media Officer and working cross-functionally across the organisation What you'll need to succeed You'll bring a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years' experience across PR, public affairs, and marketing communications. Excellent writing, planning, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required for travel throughout Northern Ireland. What you'll get in return This role offers a competitive salary of £38,878 - £45,704 with 37.5 hours per week.
