About the Role:
As Registrar, you will manage the full admissions cycle—from initial enquiry to enrolment—ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for prospective pupils and their families. You will collaborate closely with the Headmaster, Marketing Team, and Academic Staff to promote the school's ethos and maintain high enrolment standards. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, discretion, and a warm, confident manner.
You will also lead and coordinate admissions events, maintain accurate student records, and contribute to strategic planning for future intakes. This position offers variety, communication, and the opportunity to play a key role in a leading educational institution.

* Proven experience in school admissions, customer service, or a related administrative role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
* The ability to manage complex information with accuracy and confidentiality

* Experience in event coordination and/or school databases (e.g., SIMS, iSAMS) is desirable
