AI Transformation Change Manager
Contract - 6 months
Outside IR35 - £750-800pd
Bournemouth - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site)
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced AI Transformation Change Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will play a key part in delivering the framework & foundations for the rollout, adoption, and measurable usage of new AI-enabled tooling across Engineering and Product functions, helping embed AI-driven ways of working into day-to-day operations and delivery practices.
Working closely with senior technology and business leadership, the successful candidate will lead change activity across a large-scale transformation programme, while also collaborating with parallel strategic initiatives with overlapping stakeholders and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive the adoption and embedding of AI-enabled tools and processes across Engineering and Product teams
2. Develop frameworks, governance, and foundational ways of working to support long-term AI enablement
3. Define and implement user adoption and engagement measures, including tracking, reporting, and success metrics
4. Lead change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness activity
5. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across tooling, capability uplift, delivery governance, and workforce transformation
6. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, HR, and wider business functions
7. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple transformation initiatives
8. Support cultural and behavioural change to drive sustainable adoption and business impact
Required Experience
9. Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide AI, digital, or technology transformation programmes
10. Strong background in change management within large, complex organisations
11. Experience creating adoption frameworks, governance models, or transformation foundations
12. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
13. Experience working within Engineering and Product-led environments (Agile / iterative delivery)
14. Strong programme coordination, planning, reporting, and delivery management capability
15. Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments
