Front of House Team Leader
Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Bridgewater.

About us / The Bridgewater
Each pub has its own story, character, and loyal locals, but they all share the same welcoming spirit. The Bridgewater is centrally located in Darwen, close to Blackburn and a short walk from the train station. We host sports screenings, quizzes, or DJs keeping the party going. There’s always something happening, with pub grub, big burgers, and classic fish and chips. We pour a cracking pint and offer a pub experience that’s worth every penny. We serve food daily and have a late-night trade on Fridays and Saturdays with DJs. Our pub can be booked for events and has rotating specials and quizzes on Sundays.
