🌈 Your Role as Early Years Practitioner:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
Promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of children in your care
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Collaborate with your team to maintain high standards of care and education
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification – Essential
Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
