Salary Range: £29,432 - £32,286
Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As an Employment Specialist at Twining-Hestia, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges in finding and sustaining paid employment using the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a caseload of clients and developing tailored employment plans.
* Conducting career guidance, job searches, CV preparation, and interview coaching.
* Collaborating closely with clinical staff and community partners.
* Providing ongoing support to help clients remain in or return to work.
* Engaging with employers and meeting monthly targets.
* Maintaining accurate records of client progress.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The perfect candidate for the Employment Specialist role will possess:
* A strong understanding of the support needs of individuals with mental health issues in the workplace.
* Experience in a health or social care setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proven ability to work effectively in an outcome-driven environment.
* A confident and empathetic approach to client engagement.
* Creativity in providing solutions and a proactive attitude towards personal well-being.
* A commitment to equality, diversity, and person-centered support.
* Experience in IPS or mental health services is a plus, but not essential.
* Willingness to travel within designated boroughs.
