Role Description
The Exhibition Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the successful sale of exhibition spaces and sponsorships for events. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, maintaining client databases, and working closely with the event management team to meet sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dorking.
Qualifications
* Proven sales skills, including building and maintaining client relationships and achieving revenue targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
* Understanding of the exhibition and events industry, particularly B2B events
* Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools
* Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively
* Proactive and self-motivated approach with a results-driven mindset
* Previous experience with international events or media sales is essential
