What You’ll Do:
* Master the Logistics: Take full ownership of project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery planning. You’ll be the bridge between client objectives and flawless execution.
* Supplier Superstar: Liaise with DMCs, housing bureaus, and banqueting teams, negotiating the best prices to keep those profit margins healthy.
* Digital Architect: Design and develop delegate registration sites and manage registration platforms with precision.
* Client Champion: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations aren't just met—they’re exceeded.
* Risk Wrangler: Ensure all health, safety, and insurance obligations are airtight, protecting both the agency and the client.
* Mentor: Support and guide junior team members, sharing your wisdom to help the whole squad level up.
What You’ll Bring:
* Pharma Prowess: You have solid experience in pharmaceutical events (ideally congresses) and understand the nuances of compliance and MSAs.
