Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator & Warehouse Support for our client based locally. This is a maternity cover position from January to November 2026, offering a varied, hands-on role within a friendly small team.

PAY:

£12.21 per hour - Fixed-term maternity cover - January to November 2026

HOURS:

Flexible for the right candidate - availability during school holidays is essential.

Monday to Thursday: 10:00 - 15:30 (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 10:00 - 15:00 (30-minute lunch break)PERKS:

Full handover and support providedJOB DUTIES & PERSON SPEC:

Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Raising purchase orders and generating invoices
Creating and maintaining customer accounts
Booking deliveries and liaising with couriers
Picking and packing customer orders
Receiving goods in and managing goods out
Supporting team members across office and warehouse functions
Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and database entry
