We’re hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant (FTC) to support our growing Finance team! To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. As one of our Assistant Management Accountants, you’ll be working within a fast-paced, people-focused and highly acquisitive organization, with opportunities to support in transforming the financial operations within NFP Europe as the company continues to grow. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. We’re looking for someone with: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Well-organised and self-motivated with excellent time management skills Good communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels Accurate, with an eye for detail and ability to question everything from a financial perspective Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Using these skills, you’ll be: Assisting with all aspects of internal reporting and the month end reporting process into Group Responsible for reporting financial performance for your business line including the production and reconciliation of monthly management accounts, both P&L and Balance Sheet Providing commentary and insight into all aspects of financial performance, ahead of monthly review meetings with the leadership team Assisting with the annual budgeting process within the business unit, providing insight and analysis into the key year on year movements Reporting on monthly income, reconciliation, and income forecasting Supporting ad-hoc finance projects as required Who is NFP?
