Groundworker £16.15 - £18.10 per hour Winchester SO21, UK McGinley are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team on a major construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage, excavation, reinstatement, and general groundwork. A full UK driving licence is required for this role. Start date: 08/09/25 Duration: Ongoing 10 hours paid a day (50 hours a week) Monday to Friday Day Shifts (Potential weekends) Key Responsibilities: Performing general groundwork duties. Assist in the installation of underground utilities, including water, gas, and electrical ducts. Ensure work areas are prepared, materials are moved efficiently, and sites are kept tidy. Requirements: Blue CSCS card (Essential) Experience in drainage, excavation, and groundwork Full UK driving licence (Essential) Safety critical Medical Preferred. Highways pass will be needed (McGinley will provide) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
