Based in Lincoln, our marketing coordinator is central to the Kinbrook Group's Marketing, Business development and Communications Centre of excellence. The role is pivotal in driving grassroots marketing activities, fostering meaningful engagement, and strengthening our social media initiatives. These efforts span the entire Kinbrook Group, supporting Beavis Morgan, Duncan & Toplis and Old Mill to ensure cohesive and effective delivery across all hubs.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator (12 month fixed term), you will support the coordination and delivery of marketing activity across Kinbrook Group.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing planner and co-ordination
Keep the marketing planner up to date and track key deadlines.
Support co-ordination of marketing activity across Kinbrook hubs.
Community and associations
Maintain the association and community calendar.
Help hubs organise memberships and local engagement activity.
Awards and recognition
Track awards deadlines and submission requirements.
Support teams in gathering content for submissions.
Brand and collateral
Coordinate branded materials and ensure consistency across hubs.
Support marketing logistics for events and community activity.
Reporting and administration
Assist with preparing marketing reports and tracking activity.
Provide general administrative support across marketing projects.
Social Media
Support the Social Media Manager in executing campaigns, including basic paid activity on secondary channels
Support the content schedule across LinkedIn pages, multiple Google My Business profiles, and TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages spanning all three hubs
What you will need to succeed
1–2 years' experience in marketing or social media, ideally in professional services or multi-site businesses
Ability to manage deadlines across dispersed teams.
Comfortable working at pace within a growing, evolving Group environment.
Confident communicator with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Enthusiastic about learning and developing skills in digital marketing/social media.
Familiarity with social media scheduling/analytics tools (Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite) and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and results oriented.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
