Receptionist / Administrator, Bedford, c£22,000 – We are currently looking for a professional individual to support a busy Reception and Administration team in Bedford. JOB REF:9809
THE ROLE:
• Answering the telephone as part of a team, distributing calls, and taking messages
• Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a professional and helpful manner
• Handling general enquiries, both by phone and in person, efficiently and courteously
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Maintaining electronic diaries and managing meeting room bookings
• Ordering office supplies and stationery
• Providing administrative support to other departments, such as managing electronic files, scanning, and ordering archived files
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous reception experience (Legal experience is advantageous, but not essential)
• Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.
• Strong work ethic with a confident and friendly approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
