Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Territory Sales Manager, selling a range of high-quality animal nutrition and farm products directly to livestock farmers. You’ll play a vital role in supporting farm businesses while driving growth and long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow turnover, and customer base across your territory.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with livestock farmers through regular farm visits and calls.
* Providing technical advice and tailored product recommendations to help improve farm performance and productivity.
* Identifying and following up on new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and re-engagement with lapsed customers.
* Representing the company at agricultural events and trade shows, promoting our full range of products and services.
What We’re Looking For
* Understanding of livestock farming and ruminant nutrition, ideally with hands-on farm or agri-sales experience.
* Ability to sell direct to farm, identify opportunities, and close sales confidently.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently while meeting targets.
* IT literate (MS Office & smartphone use), and holding a full UK driving licence.
