Commercial Property Solicitor - Bury A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bury is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional reputation and a varied, high-quality client base. The Role You will be joining a busy Commercial Property department handling a broad range of transactions across both commercial and some mixed-use property work. The role will include: Commercial sales and acquisitions Freehold and leasehold transactions Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders) Property finance and secured lending Development work (site acquisitions, disposals, options and overage agreements) Acting for SMEs, investors, developers, and regional businesses Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of property documentation You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, with strong support and exposure to a steady flow of quality instructions. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor (2-6 years preferred) Have experience in Commercial Property (training seat or post-qualification) Be confident managing your own caseload with supervision as needed Have strong drafting and negotiation skills Be commercially aware and client-focused Be keen to develop within a respected regional practice Why This Role?
