Every day brings something new — one day you might be cooking tea, helping with homework, or kicking a football in the garden, and the next you could be writing reports or attending meetings. No two days are ever the same!

We’re looking for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged up to 18.
You’ll play a key role in helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards brighter futures.

✅ What You’ll Need
To succeed as a Residential Childcare Worker, you’ll need:

A Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
*
Experience in a residential childcare or similar setting
*
A positive, nurturing attitude and a sense of fun
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts (including weekends)
*
To be 21 or older (in line with national regulations)
*
A clear Enhanced DBS check
