Senior DB Pensions Administrator, Glasgow
Our client is a leading pensions consultancy, currently expanding and recruiting for a DB, Final Salary Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team in Glasgow. This role is essential due to new business wins and expansion, with the successful candidate managing a portfolio of DB and some DC schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a set of defined benefit (DB) and some defined contribution (DC) pension schemes.
* Applying technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, scheme rules, and current legislation.
* Interacting with trustees, actuaries, and high-net-worth individuals/employers.
* Quality checking, training, coaching, and client-facing activities at a senior level.
Requirements:
* Previous technical experience in defined benefit/final salary pensions is essential.
* Experience in client management and DC schemes is beneficial.
* Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential; support for obtaining these qualifications will be provided.
* A background in a third-party environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
