Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing care and sales teams across your region.
* Drive purpose-led business growth and expand services to meet local needs.
* Embed and uphold exceptional operational standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and outstanding client experiences.
* Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, aligning resources and planning with client needs.
* Collaborate with operations, finance, people services, brand, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, transparent service.
* Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction to continuously improve outcomes.
* Champion a people-first culture, sustainability, and community engagement initiatives.
* Travel regularly across the region as required (approx. 20–30% of the time; flexible based on business needs).
Experience & Skills
* Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
* Strong track record in sales and operational management.
* Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
* Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
* Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
