Overview
To provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the manager and staff at Cottage View residential home. The role covers planning and design diaries, appointments, filing, and related duties in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
* Non-Clinical: Assist the manager with all aspects of facilities management and related improvements and monitoring.
* Improvment and Monitoring: Enter all internal audits, coordinate works and maintenance for the home with Estates team.
* Clinical: Liaise with pharmacy to order and schedule delivery of medication.
* Finance and Budget: Use Oracle for ordering supplies and related financial tasks.
* Management Support: Monitor staff training, PADRs, DBS updates.
* Digital and Information: Booking in residents and use of the WCCIS system.
* Updating occupancy and reports for Powys County Council and Powys Health Board; provide general management support to work closely with the manager and senior team to effectively communicate all administrative duties.
* Organisational duties: Work on own initiative and be responsible for organising department meetings, deadlines, and all administrative duties necessary to support the team.
