Banking & Finance Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Up to £80,000 salary.
Exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of five years post‑qualification experience to join a Legal 500 firm in Oxford.
The firm is highly ranked by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and has specialist experience within regulatory/health & safety, financial services, construction and property disputes for both national and international clients.
The Solicitor will act for several national secondary lenders, including asset finance and factoring companies, in the tracing and recovery of assets.
While experience in these areas is desirable, a specialty in Banking & Finance is preferred.
The Candidate
* Banking & Finance (Disputes) Solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience
* Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
