My Client is a very well established and well respected Cutting tool manufacturer who are based in Scotland who are now looking to take on board a Sales Manager to oversee the general day to day running of business and manage a small team. This business is financially secure and have a plan of action to expand so a good time to join and be part of a thriving environment.
THE PERSON
The ideal person would be someone who has had a few years experience of commercial sales within Cutting tools/Machine tools who is looking for next step in the career ladder OR someone who has Management experience within engineering who also has knowledge of cutting tools but not necessarily the commercial sales experience. Must have excellent communication skills Motivated and engaging Ideally you must live in central Scotland but candidates outside this area would be considered if your happy to commute and stay away from home some times. There is the ability to work occasionally from home so lots of flexibility with this role.
