* What Youll Be Doing:
* Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery with a focus on high-quality care and education
* Inspiring and managing a passionate team, supporting development and wellbeing
* Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all relevant legislation
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and external agencies
* Driving occupancy and contributing to the strategic development of the setting
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) ideally Level 5 or above
* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
* Confident in leading teams, managing performance, and driving standards
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
* A genuine passion for early years and a hands-on, can-do attitude
