Interim Health, Safety & Environment Director
The Role
An immediate requirement has arisen for a seasoned Interim HSE Director to join a complex, global services organisation on a 3-6 month contract.
The Assignment
Reporting directly to the C-suite, this assignment is focused on delivering a strategic transformation of the HSE function.
Your primary objective is to assess the current landscape, create an actionable roadmap, and accelerate the shift from a compliance-led model to a value-add, enabling culture.
Your Profile
You will have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering similar interim transformation programmes at an executive level.
With experience in high-risk, multi-site environments (ideally food manufacturing or complex engineering), you must possess the gravitas and exceptional influencing skills required to gain immediate credibility with senior stakeholders.
Key Details
* Duration: 3-6 months
* Location: Hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in the London/South East area for regular HQ presence.
* Rate: c.£800 per day
* Qualification: CMIOSH status is required (or equivalent)
