In this strategically important position, you will be the key point of contact for our customers' engineering and manufacturing teams. You’ll represent a broad and innovative product portfolio, managing both new business development and existing customer relationships in a technically consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify target groups and analyse customer needs to provide presales support
* Take full budget and profit responsibility within your assigned sales territory
* Drive new customer acquisition and grow relationships with existing accounts in the electronics sector
* Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal product teams
* Represent the company and product range at industry trade shows and technical events
* Independently plan and run workshops, tech days, and webinars for key accounts and distribution partners
* Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and keep customer data up to date
* Deliver regular updates and insights to management
What You Bring
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical sales experience)
* Experience in a technical sales or field sales role
* Knowledge of electromechanical components or semiconductors is a plus (but not essential—full training provided)
* Based within the sales territory (South-Central England / Oxford / Cambridge)
* Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Valid UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time)
* Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Salesforce
* Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
