About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality care, and maintaining excellent communication between clients, carers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate care visits efficiently to meet client needs

Support care staff and maintain regular contact with clients and families
*
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
*
Manage and update care plans and documentation accurately
*
Assist with recruitment, induction, and supervision of care staff
*
Liaise with external professionals and agencies to support client wellbeing
*
Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator within a domiciliary care setting
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
*
Proficient in care management systems and scheduling software
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
