About the Role
We are looking to expand our established User‑Centred Design (UCD) team with a skilled Service Designer to help design and deliver complex, user‑centred, and inclusive services that solve challenging public sector problems.
As a Service Design Practitioner you will work closely with senior colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment to create end‑to‑end services that prioritise user needs, accessibility, and client goals. Your work will contribute directly to delivering genuine value and impact daily.

* Collaborate with senior and lead designers to produce and maintain research, analysis, and design artefacts using standard methods, tools, and templates, and presenting findings in forums such as Show and Tell sessions.
* Work closely with technical colleagues (Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts) to ensure designs are deliverable and specified in a format and level of detail that supports efficient development and build.
* Support Delivery Managers in executing activities in line with agreed plans, escalating risks and issues when necessary, and contributing robust estimates for technical work.
* Maintain up‑to‑date practitioner skills through training and accreditation, including domain‑relevant certifications.
