Job Overview
The Peer Tutor and Learning support adviser role will support the Practitioner tutor in the development and delivery of the Recovery College's psycho educational package of support for Autism and ADHD, including webinars, courses, and workshops to all stakeholders in Suffolk (online and in-person).
Key Responsibilities
* Support with the development, implementation and evaluation of Autism and ADHD psycho educational and recovery focused curriculum.
* Co-tutor in Recovery College using your lived experience to empower and inspire hope.
* Co-produce new courses for delivery in the Recovery College.
* Participate in the Quality Assurance Process of course creation and delivery.
* Co-deliver courses to external organisations as required.
* Carry out enrolment sessions/promotional activities as required.

The Recovery College is a very small team covering a wide area. The College supports thousands of students and prides itself on professionalism and customer service. The successful applicant will be entering a friendly and welcoming team.
Contract Details
This post is specifically funded by the ICB and is therefore fixed term, but may be extended at the end of contract subject to funding being in place. There are two posts available at 22.5 hours per week each. Dependent on the candidates and service need, this could be worked across the five day week (flexibly) or 3 x full days (to be discussed with the successful candidate).
