Job Summary and key responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainer on a fixed term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality training and development solutions for our employees, either remotely or in-person. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of current and emerging training trends. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through sharing knowledge and facilitating learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions aligned to business needs and supporting the growth of the business.
* Customise training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of our employees and the business.
* Support the integration of incoming staff during TUPE processes by delivering tailored training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition aligned with company standards and practices.
* Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to active participation and knowledge retention.
* Adapt training delivery based on participant feedback and performance assessments.
* Support developing and coaching future managers through to future directors.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments relevant to the training content.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
* Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
What are we looking for:
* Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a corporate or adult learning environment.
* Experience of sales, leadership and people development. (Desirable)
* Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LMS.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable)
* Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams across different levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
