RCC seeks applicants for our Coordinator of Nursing position. This is a full-time, 12-month faculty ranked position, with an excellent benefits package. It is an immediate appointment. The anticipated hiring salary range will be $78,000 - $88,000, commensurate with education and experience. This position is located on the Glenns campus. As a two-campus institution, the Coordinator of Nursing may have a presence at both campuses (Glenns and Warsaw) regularly.
Reporting to the Dean of Health Services, the Coordinator of Nursing will be responsible for providing comprehensive academic, operational, and administrative leadership to support high‑quality nursing program delivery, accreditation compliance, clinical partnerships, and student success. This role ensures the effective coordination of instructional operations, maintains regulatory and accreditation readiness, strengthens internal and external partnerships, and supports faculty and students throughout the academic lifecycle.
This position will be responsible for academic operations and scheduling management, including hiring, training, evaluating, and supporting adjunct faculty, adjunct contracts, clinical site visits and oversight of the Clinical Coordinator. The incumbent will be heavily involved with program accreditation, including program assessment and regulatory reporting. This role will also build and maintain clinical partnerships to support clinical placement needs. Lastly, this position will be involved with student admissions, student advising and new student orientation.

Minimum Qualifications:
The Coordinator of Nursing position requires a master’s of science degree in nursing, a valid registered nursing license in Virginia. Also required is experience in nursing education and program leadership, and at least 2 years of demonstrated teaching, clinical competence and direct patient care experience. in addition, knowledge of nursing program regulations and accreditation and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.Additional Considerations:
