Job Description As an AP Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, and support the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function.
You will provide an excellent level of customer service to both your internal and external stakeholders offering clear and accurate communication throughout the query resolution process.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00
Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices (3-way matching)
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations
Respond to supplier and internal queries professionally and promptly
Share any learning and support peers
Demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between sub-teams as needed
Proactively seek the opportunity for new and existing process improvements and assist implementation where appropriate
Take appropriate corrective action and identify, recommend solutions to any errors or mistakes
Qualifications To apply for the role of Accounts Payable Analyst, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:
Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
Have used Excel and be familiar with basic formula for the purpose of statement reconciliations etc. (e.g. pivot, filter)
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year
Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business
