What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of the Accounts Payable function, including:
1. Monitoring and prioritising the AP invoice queue, resolving discrepancies quickly and professionally
2. Accurately processing all open tasks via the invoices system
3. Ensuring invoices within the NO PO are correctly coded and approved within agreed limits
4. Applying correct GL codes and ensuring approvals for surcharges and fullypliant
5. Handling high volumes of claims invoices, employee expenses, prepayments, petty cash and additional invoice exceptions
6. Proactively managing and resolving queries to reduce invoices on hold
