We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at a 5-star lifestyle hotel where style meets service. You’ll be the heartbeat of our front office — leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do:
1. Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
2. Support and coach a team of receptionists and guest service agents to deliver exceptional service.
3. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
4. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys.
5. Maintain front desk standards, systems, and procedures with precision and pride.

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in front office or guest services, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Guest-first mindset with a warm, confident presence.
* Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS) and front office procedures.
* Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
