About the Role:
We’re looking for a Night Shift Senior Foreman to support the delivery of infrastructure works on site. You’ll lead site activities during night shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Reporting to the Works Superintendent, you’ll be a key part of the site leadership team and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate site works during night shifts
* Manage labour, plant, and materials to meet the project schedule
* Lead and support site teams, including subcontractors
* Ensure work is completed to the required quality and safety standards
* Maintain accurate daily records and reports
* Carry out site inspections and ensure permits, briefings, and safety documents are up to date
* Support engineering teams with method statements and work planning
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a General Foreman in construction
* Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures
* Understanding of construction methods and health & safety best practice
* CSCS card and SMSTS
* NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision
* Experience on nuclear projects
* Confined Space training
* CAT & Genny, Temporary Works Supervisor, Lift Supervisor tickets
