We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established construction company based in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in the construction sector, looking to join a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company standards
* Ensure all drawings, documents, and records are accurately logged, updated, and distributed
* Liaise with site teams, project managers, and external contractors to ensure efficient document flow
* Monitor document control processes and suggest improvements where needed
* Provide administrative and compliance support to project teams
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry is essential
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using document control systems and Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
