Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across South Wales to find a dedicated Sport Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting students and promoting physical education. This long-term role offers a unique opportunity to engage with children in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis, utilizing sports and exercise techniques to enhance their learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support : Assist students during lessons, particularly focusing on disengaged or challenged individuals. Sports Integration : Use sports techniques to promote learning and encourage physical activity. Behaviour Management : Identify and observe positive behaviour methods for student development. Emotional Support : Support students emotionally and socially, helping them build confidence and life skills. Physical Exercise Promotion : Encourage students to participate in physical activities, fostering healthy habits.
