Team Leader – Bulk Operations
Your Role
As Team Leader in Bulk Operations, you will lead, develop and manage a dedicated team of Operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient terminal operations.
You will champion safety by ensuring Environment, Health and Safety procedures are complied with as well as conducting risk assessments and refreshing safe systems of work as needed. You will support machine and discharge operations, enabling drivers to work effectively and safely.
You will coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute meaningfully to terminal performance.
What You'll Bring
You’ll have:
* Proven experience leading teams in an operational environment.
* The ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.
* Previous experience in an operational setting, ideally bulk handling.
* Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and teamwork abilities.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
