Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Out Patient Department ARI (Clinic A, Clinic C & Secondary Care Hubs)
Band 3 Health Care Support Worker post to be worked flexibly over five days depending on needs of the service.
The post is a senior HCSW position within Ambulatory Care for the Out Patient Department at ARI. The department is a busy area covering specialties such as respiratory, neurosurgery, general surgery and urology. The role may include travelling to various outlying Hubs in the Shire when needed; therefore a driving licence and use of a car is essential.
We are looking for a hard working individual who can work well under pressure due to the high volume of work and patients that pass through our clinics daily.
The department is looking for someone who is forward thinking, organised, adaptable to change, able to help plan and carry out the day to day running of the clinic with colleagues, as well as someone who is motivated, trustworthy, communicates well with others, and is aware of their own limitations.
