Full-Stack Software Engineer
Up to £80,000 | Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days/week initially) | Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and maintain full-stack features from concept to production
* Develop backend services using C# / .NET
* Create rich, interactive frontend experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript
* Work with PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
* Monitor and improve system reliability and performance
* Collaborate closely with product teams, customers, and founders
* Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and engineering culture
Who You Are
* Experienced in full-stack development
* Skilled with C# / .NET, Vue.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
* Comfortable with Docker, cloud deployment, and performance tuning
* Product-minded — you care about why you’re building something, not just how
* Confident discussing technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders
* Bonus if you have 3D/CGI experience (WebGL, Three.js) or startup experience
