Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + 50% bonus uncapped

My client is a rapidly growing organisation with a global client base, offering a technology-focused professional services solution. As part of their exciting growth plans, they are recruiting for a Client Realtionship Manager to support their increasing client portfolio, ensuring customers get the most out of the services provided and spotting new revenue opportunities.
The Role
* Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships to successfully retain accounts and realise upsell opportunities.
* Develop a thorough understanding of their products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
* Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets to drive business growth.
* Develop and manage an annual growth plan in line with new forecasts.
* Manage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospect deals.
