Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Team Member Plus to join us.

Working at Butlin’s as part of our Sports & Activities team means being part of a big-hearted team responsible for providing our guests with a more fun and entertaining holiday. You will run sessions for our guests such as pottery painting, football, archery, mini-golf, go-karts, and work at our activity booking point.
Additionally, your role includes spending Mondays and Fridays with our Accommodation Team, cleaning guest accommodations—covering kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms—to prepare for arrivals. The typical working hours are 35 hours per week, across five days over seven.
About You
We're looking for someone who likes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident talking to guests, and enjoys working in a busy environment. You should have a positive outlook, a ‘can do’ attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality service, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
Previous experience in activity-based work is desirable, along with a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills, especially with a fundamental interest in sports coaching.
You need to be over 18 for this role, and live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
