We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Charity Shop Manager at our busy charity shop in Spondon for 35 hrs per week - 5 full days (9am-4.30pm). We require candidates who can work as part of a team and independently take personal ownership for the performance of the shop, maximise profits, manage a volunteer team and deliver excellent customer service. Experience in the retail sector and a love of charity retail is preferred.

Our shops fund vital animal welfare work at our Abbey Street Animal Rehoming Centre in Derby including the rehabilitation of animals who have been abused, neglected and abandoned.
